How to set trunking like a pro – @loadout HQ rewire

What's good guys, in this video I've finally started the electrical install at the loadout HQ. There is an existing perimeter trunking that I'm extending round to serve the other side of the warehouse, this route had 2 different levels so I thought I would show how to set trunking like a pro. Measure distance between last piece of trunking and obstacle (Width) 2. Measure Height of obstacle (Height) 3. Determine angle multiplier (Multiplier) Degree of Bend Multiplier 10 degrees 6.0 22 degrees 2.6 30 degrees 2.0 45 degrees 1.4 60 degrees 1.2 4. Measure width onto trunking and mark 5. Measure back from this mark the distance of the height, and mark a center mark 6. Mark either side of this line, to determine how much to mark, take how wide the trunking is in inches and add a 0 for example 3" trunking would be 30mm - this is the first set marked 7. Determine the set length by multiplying the height by the angle multiplier 8. Measure the distance of the set length of the CENTER mark you just made. 9. This mark is the FIRST mark of the second cut, Mark 2 marks after this applying the " rule mentioned before - this is the second set marked 10. Mark between the lines to make 45 degree cut marks on the side of the trunking, be sure to orientate these the right way 11. Cut the trunking file and fold it to have you set formed, strengthen the set via some straps and your done!
